Refund Policy of Wisdom Foods

This Refund Policy applies to ALL products available on our website.

General

We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy ("Policy"). 

Cancellation and Change of Mind

We do not offer any refund if you change your mind, do not like the taste of the product or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

Products Damaged During Delivery

(a) In the event that the product you ordered has been damaged during delivery:

(i) Please contact with in 3 days of delivery.
(ii) Email photos showing the condition in which it was received, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.

(b) Please do not return the product, photos of the damaged product to uswill suffice.

 (c) You may be required to return items and packaging to Aus Post, so please do not dispose and keep these in a safe place.

Unclaimed Parcels - The "Oops I Forgot" Policy

Uh-oh! If your parcel gets sent back to us because it wasn’t collected in time, don’t worry, it happens! But here’s the deal:

  • Want it resent? No problem! Just cover the postage, and we’ll have it back on its way to you.
  • Changed your mind? If you’d rather cancel, we can do that too, but a $20 cancellation fee applies (because we get charged when parcels boomerang back to us - yep, even when they weren’t opened!).

So, keep an eye on those delivery notifications, and if you need a hand, we’re always here to help!


Response Time

(a) We aim to process any requests for replacements or refunds within 7 days of receipt.
